Psychological Safety in the Workplace, part of the virtual 2024 Webinar Series for Charlotte Employees, is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m., Wednesday, March 13.
This webinar is designed to explore the definition of psychological safety, its importance in the workplace, how to foster a psychologically safe attitude and strategies necessary to support it.
In addition, participants will learn to:
- Demonstrate an introductory understanding of psychological safety
- Examine the difference between psychological danger vs. psychological safety
- Describe the negative effects that a lack of psychological safety has on teams
