Holmes earns international educational facilities credential
Robert Holmes Jr., an architectural technician with the Office of Business Services, recently earned the credential, Certified Educational Facilities Professional, from the APPA (formerly the Association of Physical Plant Administrators). The credential demonstrates his mastery of professional expertise and understanding related to educational facilities management.
Holmes has more than 20 years of experience in commercial architecture and code enforcement. In his current role, he works with auxiliary services personnel regarding products and repairs, interacting with contractors, architects, engineers, designers, inspectors, end users and the student population on equipment replacement/repair decisions, equipment specification and the bidding/purchase process.
