‘Midnight Appreciation’ scheduled for third-shift employees

As part of the University’s Staff Recognition events, third-shift employees can gather at the Popp Martin Student Union Rotunda starting at 11:30 p.m., Monday, March 26, for “Midnight Appreciation.” Attendees will receive a free, boxed meal.

“Employees who work overnight deserve a recognition event that better fits into their schedules,” said Katherine Tomey, employee award and recognition coordinator in the Human Resources Department. “This new Midnight Appreciation meal will enable third-shift employees to enjoy a ‘thank you’ meal with their fellow team members without having to stay after their shifts.”

Employees who have achieved five-year service milestones will be recognized at this event.
