Community Active Assailant Response Training sessions still available
Community Active Assailant Response Training sessions will continue through October. In addition to daytime classes, evening sessions have been added on Wednesday, Oct. 16, and Thursday, Oct. 24, to better meet the needs of adjunct faculty and evening students. All events are open to faculty, staff and students.
The sessions are designed to empower faculty, staff and students to develop a proactive approach to surviving a violent intruder situation until law enforcement arrives. Upon workshop completion, participants will better understand when to run, hide or fight and how best to do so in the event of a crisis on campus.
