Continue to monitor email and text messages closely throughout the weekend and into Monday. Additional information is below.

Students

  • On-campus dining options will be available. The latest information is available here.

  • Individuals who have a conflict with a rescheduled exam, should contact their course instructor to discuss possible accommodations. If the exam that has been rescheduled is a common exam (CHEM 1200, 1251, 1252), plan to take that exam and reschedule any others.

Faculty

  • Instructors should discuss any travel issues and possible accommodations for exams with their department chair. Faculty members cannot cancel an exam, but they do have some flexibility in how the exam is administered. Refer to University Policy 202 regarding final examinations.

Staff

  • In Condition 1, non-mandatory employees who believe they cannot remain at work through their scheduled shift or reach campus to report should contact their supervisors to discuss how they will account for missed time. Mandatory employees are expected to report to work as directed.
