  • Read the chancellor’s end-of-semester message for students.
  • Please review these important Commencement reminders, including parking information.
  • After 25 years with UNC Charlotte, Associate Vice Chancellor and Dean of Students Christine Reed Davis’ last day will be Friday, Dec. 15. A farewell reception will be held Wednesday, Dec. 13, from 3:30-5 p.m. in the Cone University Center Lucas Room—no RSVP required. Various Niner Pride clothing and accessories will be auctioned off during the reception with 100% of the proceeds going toward the Student Emergency Fund.
  • Annual Environmental Health and Safety compliance training will be assigned to all University faculty, staff and student workers on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
  • The Office of Identity, Equity, and Engagement invites students to write or draw their goals and aspirations for the coming semester on its “motivation mural.” Stop by the Popp Martin Student Union, Room 252, from noon to 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11. Mini cupcakes will be served.
  • Mail & Package Services encourages resident students to retrieve packages before leaving campus for winter break. All mail received before Thursday, Dec. 21, will be subject to the unit’s return policy and must be collected within 10 business days from the date received on campus. Packages received during winter break will be processed and available for pick up when the University reopens Tuesday, Jan. 2. Students who are graduating or moving off campus should submit a change of address form.
