Classes cancelled for Jan. 22, University offices open

Based on the likelihood of adverse weather, the University will move to Operational Status 2 at midnight tonight. On Jan. 22, classes will be cancelled. University offices will be open, with limited operation. More information about Operational Status can be found online at http://legal.charlotte.edu/policies/up-701.

Essential personnel are required to report for work.

Non-essential personnel are not required to report to work if the employee determines that local conditions are unsafe. Leave must be used for all time not worked.

Employees with approved teleworking agreements in place, who are not impacted by campus OS2 status, are expected to continue to work as usual. A supervisor may, at his/her discretion, require or allow non-essential employees to work from home or an alternate work site.

Campus and local areas should be navigated with caution.
