Deadline to submit nominations for faculty governance positions

Nominations are being accepted for a number of faculty governance positions. Faculty members can nominate themselves or other qualified faculty members for:

  • Secretary of the Faculty**, two-year term
  • Chair**, Faculty Advisory Summer Sessions Committee (FASSC), two-year term
  • Chair**, Faculty Employment Status Committee (FESC), two-year term
  • Chair**, Faculty Information and Technology Services Advisory Committee (FITSAC), two-year term
  • Chair**, Faculty Welfare Committee (FWC), two-year term
  • Chair**^^, Graduate Council, two-year term
  • Faculty Assembly Delegate: One member, three-year term
  • Grievance Committee**: Four members, four-year term
  • Hearing Committee**: Four members, four-year term
  • Teaching Excellence Awards Committee: One member**, two-year term
  • Teaching Excellence Awards Committee: One member~, two-year term
  • Teaching Excellence Awards Committee: One member~, one-year term

** Nominees must be tenured members of the Faculty.

^^ Nominees must be members of the Graduate Faculty.

~ Nominees must be non-tenure track faculty.
