OneIT conducting network upgrades March 11-12

OneIT will upgrade networking software from 7 p.m., Friday, March 11, through approximately 7 a.m., Saturday, March 12.

These systems will be unavailable for short amounts of time during this maintenance window:

  • Banner
  • Shared drives: H:/S:/J:
  • Image Now/Perceptive Content
  • High Performance Computer Cluster (HPC)
  • Networked Printing
  • Phones
  • Time clocks
  • UNC Charlotte web pages
  • VPN
  • Wired and wireless network

On campus users may not be able to access these off campus services for short amounts of time during this maintenance window:
Canvas,

  • Docusign
  • Dropbox
  • Google (Gmail, GDrive, GCal, Chat, Meets etc)
  • Kronos
  • NinerTalent
  • Salesforce
  • Zoom
