Golden Owl Tavern launches fall menu

With the changing of the seasons, the Golden Owl Tavern located in UNC Charlotte’s Marriott Hotel and Conference Center is also changing up its menu. Executive Chef Andres and Chef Aija are passionate about working with the seasons and getting the best ingredients to put together a delicious meal for everyone. Inspired by local ingredients, Southern classics and bold flavors, the new menu includes braised short ribs, a seafood fry with crispy shrimp and calamari, margherita flatbreads, brie cheesecake and a variety of cocktails. And coming soon, a new brunch menu.
