- The Student Health Center has developed a free one-hour program that provides a basic understanding of contributors and risk factors of Opioid Use Disorder, how to recognize the signs/symptoms of an opioid overdose and how to administer the opioid reversal medication spray. The next program takes place from noon to 1 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 15.
- Get to know the seven organizations in the Diversified Greek Council at the council’s picnic Tuesday, Aug. 22, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Star Quad. This event is free to attend.
- The No Man’s Land Film Festival is an all-women adventure film festival based in Denver, Colorado. Celebrate and be inspired by women’s stories at this free event in the Popp Martin Student Union Theater, at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 22.
- The 49er ID and Meal Plans Office, on the first floor of the Popp Martin Student Union, will have extended hours Saturday, Aug. 19, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Mail and Package Services in Lower Prospector will be open extended hours for package pickup from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Aug. 19.
