Asphalt repairs to occur across campus
Between Tuesday, June 5, and Thursday, June 7, workers will be on campus to repair asphalt at multiple locations.
Paving equipment and construction personnel will be present at various times along Craver Road, Cameron Boulevard, Poplar Terrace Drive, Van Landingham Road and Mary Alexander Road.
Stay alert, and exercise caution when approaching construction areas.
Greek Village parking lot to close temporarily
The Greek Village parking lot will be closed from 7 a.m., Monday, June 4, through 5 p.m., Friday, June 8, for lot maintenance.
Expect construction equipment and personnel and barricades. As a reminder, exercise caution when approaching construction areas.
Asphalt repairs at Foundation Annex scheduled
On Monday, June 4, workers will repair asphalt in the roadway leading to the Foundation Annex and at two other locations in that area (see map below).
The rear parking lot will be closed for this work between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Expect construction equipment and personnel in the area; traffic control will be present as needed.
Remember to approach construction zones with caution.
Lane closures along Alumni Way scheduled
Starting Tuesday, May 29, there will be lane closures along Alumni Way to install underground utilities in support of the new Admissions and Visitors Center. Closures are scheduled through Friday, June 15, and traffic delays are anticipated.
Expect barricades and construction personnel and equipment in the area with flaggers to direct traffic flow. Lanes will be open during non-working hours.
Remember to exercise caution when approaching construction zones.
Parking Lot 8 to close temporarily
Parking Lot 8, next to South Village Deck and across from Scott Hall, will be closed Tuesday, May 29, through Friday, June 1, for pavement repairs and painting.
Expect barricades and construction equipment and personnel.

Academic Complex courtyard renovations to begin
Demolition and reconstruction of the courtyard of the Academic Complex will begin Monday, May 28.
Expect noise as demolition activities occur. Additionally, there will be heavy construction traffic with equipment and personnel. Also, the courtyard will be inaccessible during renovations, which are scheduled through Aug. 17.
Remember to exercise caution when approaching construction areas.
Union Deck Level 1 entrance to close temporarily
The road to the Union Deck Level 1 entrance will be closed starting at 6 a.m., Sunday, May 13, through Tuesday, May 22. Workers will be reconstructing the road to shift traffic for a new Level 1 entrance. There will be no access to Union Deck Levels 1-3 during this period.
Expect barricades, heavy equipment and construction personnel in the area. Reminder, exercise caution when approaching construction areas.

Construction projects can affect the campus by changing pedestrian, bike and vehicle routes and creating additional activity at or around the University. Members of the campus community should exercise caution when approaching construction areas.
Construction to close sidewalks near Cameron Hall
The sidewalks will be closed between Cameron Hall and the Auxiliary Services Building (ASB), on the north side of Craver Road at Lot 16 and behind Cameron Hall through Sunday, June 10, for construction related to the new science building.
Detours will be behind ASB to Lot 16. The east door of Cameron Hall (second floor) will be unavailable to enter or exit. There will be no passage between ASB and Cameron Hall, and passage from ASB/McMillan/Lot 16A to Lot 16 will be along the east side of the construction area.
Cone Visitor Deck repairs scheduled
The ramp to the visitors section of Cone Deck will be closed for repairs from 6 a.m., Thursday, May 17, through 9 p.m., Sunday, May 20.
Heavy equipment and construction personnel will be in this area; barricades, cones and tape will be erected. Signage will redirect traffic.
