Antoinette Rhodie received the Civilian Employee of the Year Award, and Officer Betty Anderson was presented the Community Engagement Award by the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Mu Tau chapter.

Markeith Tate and Travis Clark were promoted to lieutenant and sergeant, respectively.

Sgt. Angela Ortiz, Det. Danielle Albano and Officer Wesley Gryder were given commendations for their work in conducting a sexual assault investigation that involved two victims on campus. Through their efforts, a suspect was apprehended, and felony charges are still pending against the accused.
